Shipping & Order Tracking

Please allow 1–2 business days from the date your order is placed for in-stock items to leave our studio, plus standard shipping time, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Kahuna Kids currently ship to Portugal 🇵🇹, Spain 🇪🇸, France 🇫🇷 and Germany 🇩🇪.

Personalized and customized products require a 3–5 business day production period before dispatch. This production time will affect the overall dispatch date of your order.

If your order contains both personalized/customized items and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready. This means your dispatch date may be later than the standard timeframe.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude national holidays within Portugal.

Track Your Order

All tracking information will be available in the shipping confirmation email sent to the email you used at checkout.

Please note that once packages leave our hands, we are at the mercy of the carrier. Kahuna Kids are not responsible for any delays incurred.

Deliveries outside of EU states may be subject to additional customs fees. Please note that Kahuna Kids is not responsible for any customs fees that a parcel may incur when it reaches its destination country.To check whether customs fees or import duties are payable please check the country's import regulations.
