Our Values
Kahuna Kids operates by it's 3 founding principles:
1. Ocean & Earth
We believe in the positive effects for childhood development when exposed to nature. By letting kids explore our environment through play, we capture the purest sensory responses to enjoyment of the natural world. Ocean and earth provide the backdrop for Kahuna Kids, framing our children’s instinctive curiosity.
2. Nurtured Spirit
Hey grown-ups!.. you are the mentors in our children’s pursuits, and we actively include you in our narrative. These are moments to be shared, and we consider your perspectives as providers, protectors, observers, and teachers. We recognise that the essence of this lifestyle is projected onto children, and remains a generational aspiration.
3. Let Kids Be Kids
Little kids in grown-up poses? Forget it! You won't find that here. We show emotional responses that are candid and honest, and consciously reject any effort to replicate adult qualities. Children are playful, impulsive and inquisitive, and we embrace this natural aesthetic of youthful energy throughout.
